  • What kind of service is QUALITIA CLOUD?

    QUALITIA CLOUD is a communication platform (cloud service) that function as an application hub for the digital workspace. It is an unprecedented new service that enables communication tools such as various business applications (SaaS), business email, web conferencing and chat to be displayed and used on the same screen in a secure environment.

  • What is an application hub?

    The Application Hub is a new QUALITIA CLOUD technology that allow multiple applications to be displayed in the same window, enabling SaaS applications linked through SSO to be opened in the same window, so that information can be shared even in remote environments such as telework. This enable for information sharing in remote environments such as teleworking, improving productivity and work efficiency.

  • What are the prices?

    Prices are as follows.

    QUALITIA CLOUD : SGD5.00/USD4.00(3 services)/month/user
    　This plan allows single sign-on　(SSO) for up to three services.

    *Prices are monthly prices for annual contracts and are shown exclusive of tax. Minimum contracted number of users is 30.
    *An initial fee of SGD800.00/USD600.00 will be charged separately.

    The price for a maximum of 20 cloud services that QUALITIA CLOUD links to for single sign-on is SGD8.00/USD6.00(20 services).

  • Can I use the free trial?

    Yes, we offer a free xx-day trial.

  • Can I use multiple plans with one domain?

    No. Only one plan is available for one domain.

  • What kind of service is single sign-on?

    Single sign-on (SSO) is a mechanism that enables multiple applications to be used with a single user authentication; by authenticating (logging in) to QUALITIA CLOUD, users can use multiple applications linked to single sign-on without having to authenticate each time. QUALITIA CLOUD.

  • What SaaS applications are available for single sign-on?

    As of 1 October 2021, the following services will be single sign-on linked. Linked services will be added from time to time.
